As a first-generation college student from a low-income, Hispanic household, I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating a world of opportunities that often felt out of reach. Being the first in my family to graduate, I struggled to find internships, build networks, and access the resources I needed to succeed. But I also discovered that with the right support, it’s possible to overcome these barriers and achieve your dreams.
In 2014, I had a dream: to create a video game. But as I began to learn the skills I needed, I realized he couldn’t do it alone and I didn't have enough money to pay a team. A few years later, I came across a project where my favorite childhood game was being remastered by a small team. The project was making progress, but it also faced the same challenge I had experienced: they did not have enough money or a big enough team to launch. From seeing this, I realized that many people lacked the resources to bring their dreams to life. So, in 2020, I decided to reach out to other like-minded individuals, and together we founded Endeverus.
